We offer on street level access, two comfortable waiting areas, on site tenant car parking and three five minute parking bays available outside our main door for the convenience of our tenants and their guests. Rents cover reasonable telephone answering of your line to our switchboard Monday through Friday from 8.45-5.20pm, office cleaning, rates, electricity, land tax, tea and coffee facilities for tenants and post office pickup and delivery. Administration services as requested by you are billed separately.

Then let us provide you with a professional first point of contact in person or over the phone. We are able to take messages for you when you are away from your rooms, make appointments, handle invoices, receipts and banking. Pick up mail from the Launceston Post Office and post at close of business hours and run errands in the CBD.
